Requesting a Refund

To request a refund for your order:

  1. Go to your My Account > Orders area.
  2. Click on the ‘Get Help’ button and fill-up the form to request a refund.

Once you request a refund, an automated email is sent to your email address. After your request is reviewed we get in touch with you for the refund process.

Our billing team typically processes your refund within 2-3 working days. Once the refund is processed, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
